Will I get a tracking number?
We use flat rate shipping, which basically means that no matter how little or how much your order, shipping is always the same.
But that also means that we cannot afford to send all orders with tracking. So we provide tracking for bundle orders but not for single necklace orders.
Tracking info can be delayed. However, if the tracking hasn't been updated in a couple of days, you can contact USPS and ask them about it.
Once we have shipped the package, we cannot do anything to expedite shipping.
